All Lost Boy Clothing products are made to order.
Production times vary depending on the product ordered and are separate from shipping times.
Estimated delivery times after dispatch:
- Express International Shipping: approximately 5 to 7 business days
- Standard International Shipping: approximately 10 to 15 business days
- Economy Shipping: approximately 25 to 30 business days

Where a parcel is confirmed as lost in transit by the carrier, Lost Boy Clothing will review the claim and arrange an appropriate resolution where applicable.
Returned To Sender
Parcels may be returned to sender for reasons including:
- Incorrect delivery address
- Unclaimed customs charges
- Refused deliveries
- Failure to collect the parcel
If a parcel is returned to us, we will contact you using the details provided with your order.
Additional shipping charges may apply before the order can be resent.
Delivered But Not Received
If tracking information confirms a parcel has been delivered, Lost Boy Clothing cannot guarantee reimbursement or replacement.

- Check safe places around the property
- Contact the delivery carrier directly
In many cases parcels are left in a secure location by the courier.
Incorrect Delivery Address
Customers are responsible for ensuring all address information is accurate before checkout.
If your order has not yet entered production or dispatch, we may be able to update the address.
