At Lost Boy Clothing, every item is produced specifically to order. This allows us to reduce waste, avoid overproduction and create products exclusively for each customer. Because of this, we operate a strict refund and returns policy.

No Refunds for Change of Mind

We do not offer refunds, returns or exchanges for:

  • Incorrect size selection
  • Change of mind
  • Ordering multiple sizes with the intention of returning unwanted items
  • Preference changes after purchase
  • Delays caused by shipping carriers once an order has been dispatched

Please review all product descriptions, measurements and sizing information carefully before placing your order.

By completing a purchase, you acknowledge that you have selected the correct size, colour and product.

No Exchanges

As all products are made to order, we do not hold replacement stock and cannot offer exchanges.

Please ensure you choose your size carefully before ordering.

Damaged or Faulty Items

Refunds or replacements will only be considered where an item arrives damaged due to a manufacturing defect or has been damaged before arrival.

To request a claim, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery and provide:

  • Your order number
  • Clear photographs of the packaging
  • Clear photographs showing the damage or fault
  • A description of the issue

Claims submitted without photographic evidence may be rejected.

Lost Boy Clothing reserves the right to assess all claims before approving any refund or replacement.

Items Not Considered Faulty

The following are not considered faults and do not qualify for refunds or replacements:

  • Slight colour variations between screen displays and printed garments
  • Minor variations in garment positioning or print placement
  • Small manufacturing tolerances in measurements
  • Natural fading or wear resulting from washing or use
  • Minor batch differences in fabric, dye or finishing processes
  • Personal preference regarding fit, style, colour or material

Incorrect Address Information

Customers are responsible for ensuring all delivery information is accurate at checkout.

Lost Boy Clothing is not responsible for orders delivered to an address supplied incorrectly by the customer.

If an order is returned due to incorrect address information, additional shipping charges may apply before redelivery.

Refused Deliveries

Orders refused at delivery or returned due to non-collection are not eligible for refunds.

Chargebacks

Attempting a chargeback for a legitimate order that has been correctly produced and delivered in accordance with this policy may result in supporting evidence being submitted to the payment provider, including order records, tracking information and policy acceptance records.

Consumer Rights

Nothing in this policy affects your statutory rights under applicable consumer protection laws where such rights cannot legally be excluded.
